Digital Technology project lead responsible for managing VDC/BIM teams conducting production and technical design solutions, applying strategic, professional and design thinking along with technical competency solving demanding problems for complex architectural projects. As part of an initial 6 person integration team of consultants we introduced innovative process improvements and technologies. Through getting to know the teams and listening to their challenges we were able to visualize the work of various trades and designed integrative processes that aided from concept design to fabrication and 4D sequencing for construction.
